Yes they are a significant holder but they are only required to disclose a change in their holding of +/- 1% of the company.

So with 2.6bio shares on issue (according to my BBG terminal) that would mean they can buy/sell 26mio shares without having to disclose any change..

Given today's volume is less than 10% of this it very well could be them adding without us even knowing..

Imagine if they did add at market that would be a huge sign of confidence..

All speculation of course but hey theres not much going on today!
