Testing our feed??? If you know how the Chinese do business contractually they may well be trying to negotiate a deal well up to 2020 with no progress. Nsl have the skill set to manage it alone with its own investors through bank finance and cr and hope they ditch any Chinese investments for in house and investor funding. It's really not high tech processing iron ore so really just Indian approvals and lack of funds at present holding back growth.
