Ann: Supreme Court upholds Bathurst's appeal, page-2

Congratulations to all holders.
As some of you may have noticed, I have not bothered to post until this was finally settled - once and for all.
It is most intriguing how 1 particular poster gradually became more and more positive about BRL (over the past several months) - where as I have actually mainlined my view on both the court case and Bathurst's value proposition constantly throughout the past 5 years - it is nice to be somewhat vindicated by todays judgement.
This should never have gone on for as long as it did, I always thought Bathurst had the better argument, and it is great multiple judgments (not just 1) have agreed with my view.
Although this is a great outcome, regardless of any outcome, it is great we can finally move on and the market can begin to focus more on Bathurst present and future.
