First press report at https://www.stuff.co.nz/business/industries/125740323/mining-investor-denied-60-million-payday-by-supreme-court. It only mentions $30,000 of costs, I think that must be wrong. Bathurst's costs in this case will be into the many millions and significant that (apparently) all costs from high court onwards were awarded against L&M, which will be another boost. Looking forward to the future, lets hope coking coal prices stay strong.
