once you have gained some more investing experience (albeit you have been at it a while) you will learn often companies with good assets and crap management are the most sort after T/0 propositions.
Not sure you will understand this given you have a different investment approach to me, you find vindication rewarding whilst losing money and I like straight out making money from investing, but basically poor management will have been seen by some to have not made the most of assets or opportunities.......hence the SP often reflecting management capabilities rather than assets and opportunities.
