I did a bit of research into these claims and even if you add up all the substantial holders together they still don't own 50% of the company.
I suspect L&M have made a claim in the hope they won the first court case and if they did banks would have been reluctant to loan BRL money to pay first loss with another court case pending.
The end game IMHO for L&M was to have BRL owe them a shit ton of money with no way to pay so L&M could literally steal BRL assets for dirt cheap.
Such is the nature of the ruthless business world.......however now that L&M have irreversibly lost the first court case that game play is over.......but nice try
