Hard to speculate on the reason why they would hit the exit now, know they have been a heavy backer of Senex in all of the cap raising's in the past. Maybe with the addition of the new kid on the block (EIG) to the register has caused issues. Remember EIG bought their stake recently at a 12.5% premium to what the shares were trading at the time. Not sure who has the better track record in the Oil/Gas space EIG / Sentient.
