Sentient are a smart outfit. my take is they see value elsewhere to deploy $60M, whether it be on market or a private deal. Keep an eye out for what they may have jumped in to.
I'm all for a T/O offer, because I genuinely believe we'll attract multiple parties. 2018 is shaping up to be huge.
