two ways to look at it :
1. ANOTHER @#$%$# EXTENSION
OR
2. buyer committed enough to pay $100K non-refundable deposit... shows they are fair dinkum.. AUH should have gone for 250K~500K deposit...
I am ok with this because of Pt#2 now...
