Yes you are right, MoUs are a first step….hopefully this will lead to a binding off take agreement with investments from Saudi Arabia, if that takes too long, then the price will languish. It’s already dropping from 2c, as folks realise this is not a binding commercial agreement. I have seen this with FYI where ALCOA withdrew from their commitments after months of work by FYI to prove their production and the SP took a sound beating. Keeping fingers crossed that this MoU leads to something big. I have a lot of shares from years of holding…
