Also PB in interview said doing deal with Saudi can get Victory bore mine up running for approximately $200M processing ship to Saudi Arabia. If did all here it would cost Billion + start up cost. Also Saudi deal also give SRN access there capital market and up take agreement. Market hasn't fully factored MOU Saudi in my view well done PB at this point in time.
