Difference here is Executive Chairman Vald is substantial holder and if Victory Bore vanadium doesn't get production he has most to lose. Vald keep company alive still be pouring funds inn if he didn't believe Victory bore had good chance success he wouldnt keep investing. In opinion PB just man fronts PR but Vald behind scenes pull strings also in my opinion Saudi need to come on board for Victory bore get to production.
