It is a numbers game and goal objectives they care about. If SRN have what the Saudis want and they have a clear vision taking this to production then PB could be dressed in a monkeys suit and they wouldn't care. feelings don't come into the final decision and PB past performance will have little bearing on weather they proceed or fold. If they proceed I would presume they will bring in their own people with the expertise to move this along.
