As it was prior to that less than half the shareholders ever voted on anything anyway, even when GW tried to get on the board the first time.

As I saw it TNG was run out of Darwin by the environmentalists backed by the NTEPA with their ever changing environmental demands on the refinery in Darwin.
And TBH I can't see GW's replacement project Speewah ever getting into Darwin either. But that's gone quiet for now so who knows what's going on!

Interesting to see current management at TVN now pivoted towards and raving over Sandover "upgraded to strategic priority" the tenement PB got hold of for TNG back in August 2022!
