One difficulty SRN needs to get work around is the protection of its newly developed breakthrough process for the extraction of vanadium.
This is certainly a game changer for both SRN and hopefully our Saudi partners. SRN need to protect this IP but at the same time give sufficient information to the Saudis where they can factor in the benefits in their DD.
Signed confidentiality agreements are almost always a given in these MoUs and pretty well much compulsory to help protect our IP on the vanadium extraction process.
IMHO, exciting times ahead of us!
