Some of my thoughts here in order of significance:
1. Price of vanadium, though it is making a recovery in my pov
2. Perception against Paul of not being able to follow through with MoUs
3. Poor timing and price on latest cap raise resulted in heavy dumping at the 1.0 and 1.1 cents
4. Overall market sentiment being cautious with small caps these days
I do however feel this will rerate significantly if they come true on the JV with the Saudis.
