Must be the MOU effect But what I'm banking on is a binding agreement of some sort with one of our two Saudi partners to enable us to reach the next set of significant milestones. To see that our other vanadium peers are being given a look by entities from other non Saudi countries is an indication that we hold something of worth that is in demand. Adding to that is the massive push by the KSA to diversify into other industries is what I believe provides us with an almost competitive edge over our peers who are more reliant on Chinese involvement. Not to mention our reported bold SP prediction of 8.4c to add to that mix
