Ann: Surefire signs agreement with Mid West Ports Authority, page-13

My uneducated read of these announcements are:

• MOU will not become binding agreement until Ajlan see SRN have agreements and plans and ability to actually mine the stuff and ship it to them.
• DRA of course will only move forward once Ajlan commit to taking the product. They have committed to working with SRN once they are in a position to advance the project.

I do like the fact communications now seem to be based on substance and not fluff. Surely the fact the ambassador is involved can only be a good sign.
Things seem to be moving in right direction.
