    When will they ink some binding agreements? MoU’s without any commitments to invest are pretty pointless IMO. They are a first step, but we already have one MoU in Saudi…why not focus all energies on converting that to a binding investment agreement? PB apparently is known for just doing MoU after MoU without getting them to fruition…hope that changes now. Been holding to this stock for more than 8 years now.
