I understand that all cards are now on the table, and they are not closed to any option.

Given the optionality they are now seeing from various parties, they recognise the potential to generate a high-quality deal (or deals) for shareholders (bearing in mind that management have quite a lot of skin in the game with their performance shares, etc).

Very happy to allow this to take its own course as I believe time is now our friend - they have enough cash to see this through (with more trickling in daily as options are being exercised), and they have competitive tension building which is being helped by an attractive commodity price environment (gold + copper).
