AND, they've engaged a marketing company to spruik this in North America. That alone will do wonders for the share price.
It's a pretty easy sell: "Yes, we own the largest hard-rock spodumene rich mine in the world. And the Chinese are funding a chunk of it, and dropping in new infrastructure too. Yes, we've signed some partners up already, and have people beating down the door to buy in. Oh. You'd like some shares..? This way please.."
