A battle between north america and china would be epic and would secure a much higher TO price than several chinese players battling it out.
The chinese clearly want AVZ on the cheap hence the capping.
Im hoping North America comes to the table and give the chinese a good fight.
They would be crazy not to given whats at stake both economically and geo-politically.
