Ann: SURFACE SAMPLES CONFIRM POTENTIAL OF OPUWO COBALT PROJECT, page-2

This is indeed a great way to start the week.

It should be noted that there is no new information in this release as the sampling Mr Borg did presented similar mineralisation as the previous surface sampling program.

Verification Samples (Mr Borg)
o  3m at 2714ppm Co + 0.30% Cu + 1.09% Zn (K-T4)
o  2m at 2490ppm Co + 0.50% Cu + 1.30% Zn (K-T5)

Surface Sampling (Completed in 2012-2013)
-  3m at 2714ppm Co + 0.30% Cu + 1.09% Zn (K-T4)
-  2m at 2490ppm Co + 0.50% Cu + 1.30% Zn (K-T5)
-  2m at 1635ppm Co + 0.20% Cu + 0.54% Zn (K-T3)
-  3m at 1586ppm Co + 0.02% Cu + 0.80% Zn (K-T6)

What excites me about this new announcement is that the mineralisation zones (known zones) remain open & this new drilling program will try to see how thick the current mineralisation channel is.

Further, that the project is well advanced & as such, they're looking to drill as an imminent priority.

The final paragraph:
" Due to the advanced nature of the Opuwo Cobalt Project, the immediate focus of exploration will be drilling. Preparations are well advanced for the Company’s maiden drilling programme at Opuwo with drilling to initially test the mostly covered DOF horizon  along strike from historical drill holes DOF01/02 to determine the key controls of mineralisation, and thus, vectors to potentially thicker and/or higher grade mineralisation. Samples from drilling will also be used to carry out first pass metallurgical testwork, principally liberation and leaching tests."

I've added the emphasis, but it will bring near term news flow.

It's also worth noting that the shareholder meeting to approve the Opuwo Cobalt acquisition is planning to be held on 2-Mar-17. (page 5 of todays ann).

Given that "An initial 30% interest will be earned by expenditure of $500,000 within 6 months of exercising the option to proceed" & the option will be exercised at the 2-Mar-17 shareholder meeting - I'd say March will be an extremely exciting month!
