Looks like we will still have a wait for NT Govt to receive and process Fed Govt and CLC paperwork, before granting of PL, ... who knows how long, but hopefully not too long.

This is what I was concerned about, but if we can only get the ball rolling with Surprise, ... might be smooth sailing from then on.
