Those are certainly not the rates we are getting but that is what happens to the industry when companies drop their rates to stupid levels and it becomes a race to the bottom.
When you try to put your rates up to a normal level, they just go to the next survey company who will work for nothing.
Good clients recognise that you get what you pay for. Pay peanuts and get monkeys.
