You have to go through the right channel to et action . Simply go to the ASX website, there is a page in there for registering complaints on-line. Provide what detail you can to back your complaint in the box provided on the page. My experience is they WILL respond. I would expect ASX to then Issue a Market Aware notice to TON asking when it was known, or planned , to go into VA given the e positive corporate update a few days earlier. Calling ASX on te phone s not the way to go, use the correct channel on their we site so there is a written complaint. Only takes a few minutes.
