Directors all clearly would have had knowledge that TON was trading insolvent.
If they didn't as directors they should have = ignorance is not a plea of innocence.
Bring on class action for those who bought in or after insolvency and have done their dough - if the indemnity insurers won't pay out pursue directors personally - plenty of precedent here!!
