Unfortunately we don't have chapter 11 in Australia where a company can have time to re arrange its affairs, instead they go straight into administration and liquidation. I have never seen a company emerge from administration in my time in this end of the market, so safe to assume vey very low odds of anything out of this. You don't call in voluntarily administrators for a bit of fun in Australia.

The two days between optimistic Investor update and insolvency is certainly grounds for someone to dig deeper , but again I've never seen anyone bothered at this end of the market or any proven accusations for similar scenarios .....
