The NTA is a valuation metric but how do u shift a huge chunk of HVT in a falling market like we have experienced recently? NTA is based upon last known sale prices of investment portfolio. If we experience a bear market in 2019 cannabis sector will feel full icy winds of same. JC's idea of flipping things only works in a rising bull market which was 12 months back not now. I'm sorry, but anyone who believes he can pull rabbits out of hat is mistaken especially in this market. What a sorry tale I have found myself involved in. Ox.
