    Communication always was a "non-issue" for GOP.
    I wonder what happens to GOP's grounds in the joint-venture situations like the one in France (together with GGX, I believe) and especially the very promising one -where GOP was so much asleep - i.e. the one in KENYA (together with PCL). Can those partners (GGX/PCL) get GOP's share and move those projects forward with the hindrance of GOP now ??
    Anybody knows resp. cares?
