Fascinating stuff and very positive.
I am thinking that this is an ASX/compliance delay. If the delay was due to a development in regards to the cap raise MNS would have to continuously release 'updates to the suspension'. You can't state it will open on Monday and then not do so without an update. ASX related imo.
