i did think at the time that the asx wording that so authoritively spoke of mangis divesting that NY recycling factory was somewhat of an asx over-reach.
on reflection, the selling of NY could only have been proposed by mangis to asx as part of the "suspension solution" ..... so it seems they have kept their record of achievement intact on that proposal.
