I'm afraid it's all new to me too.
AYA is a resource company that looks like it will become a tech company.
I guess reverse T/O and backdoor listing could be interpreted as the same thing.
As far as being a sign of weakness, I think that depends on whether the company is going from weak (resources) to strong (hi-tech stuff that will be in demand) so, in this case, I don't see it as weakness but a strong move (I hope).
We can but sit and wait.
