not an expert in any level on this stuff... my read is switch to technology (current DD announcements) from resources is viewed by asx as backdoor, then found that article, which seems to suggest they suspend if for 15 days while asx satisfies itself about listing conditions, then normality resumes... in the past, the 15 days didn't apply, that's the only 'new' thing i can see from quick googling
