Directors will continue to drain the 500k of cash reserves and possibly have to sell ATOM shares or do future capital raisings so that they can keep getting their directors fees.

Best option is to wind up the company and distribute remaining cash and ATOM shares to the shareholders.
ATOM shares on the NASDAQ will have higher liquidity and we will be able to trade via brokers like Commsec's international shares trading system.

I notice K2 Energy doesn't have a contact email so is phoning them the only way to contact them? They have a fax but who uses fax's anymore!

When ATOM performs well, there will be plenty of liquidity. There won't be much of a discount when things ramp up
