Yes it would have Early1. But such was not to be.
I still smell a rat in all this, and think someone is chasing a cheap buy up of the assets.
It looks to me like a long term plan that has played out over the past two years.
All the unexplained delays are a part of sending CSD broke and cheating shareholders.
