The release of this info just happened and ASX missed this before it traded and those in the know went crazy buying. It was shut down at 4.1 cents. Since then clearly that value is ludicrous for a company of that size and let's just say it's ongoing bs and the major shareholder(TAURUS) is trying to piss on the smaller shareholders and stop it from coming back on the market.... while it's frustrating not knowing... to say an acquisition' is a bad thing like they have 'purchased' bankruptcy or something of the like is just blatant stupidity and those that are know it. Another 7 days. Let's hope they make it all 100% compliant and when it is back watch the value sky rocket....
