YEP, compliance with (insert HERE whatever) is what makes society viable..even at kindergarten kids have to comply with whatever rules they have. Chill out this is a big corporate commercial transaction that requires a lot of work to be completed and checked and double checked and then checked again to ensure all parties are protected even more so when we are talking about a publicly listed company
