Well said mate. I had to be heavily involved in ‘compliance’ for many years. It can be a pain in the proverbial, but is absolutely essential. We unfortunately have some posters who - based on no more information (during a suspension) than we all have - jump to a negative conclusion. There are too many ‘Ifs’ around at the moment for people to draw reasonable conclusions, backed by evidence. What about this, as an example, for instance. The acquisition is in a foreign country, with a spoken language other than English, with a different time zone. Throw in the whole myriad of compliance and disclosure in THAT country, as well as Oz, well you hopefully see my point.

Yes! I agree Hanno, contract is written in Chinese and ASX requested qualified translator to come from China so it takes time....Good idea? haha...We all wish that....
