Compliance should be 'relatively' easy providing you have carried out a risk analysis that would have identified compliance as a risk, hence you would mitigate that risk by applying scenario's that may hinder compliance.
Larger companies do this relatively well but at the spec end of the market they don't have the resources to do it as well. My point? There appears to be some risk left on the table. I don't think it is a negative conclusion but one that warrants caution with small caps.
