    Couldn't agree more. We have no idea of the nature of the deal, how many parties are involved, or how many different jurisdictions might be involved. We can assume that it's a complex deal, otherwise it would have been resolved much earlier. Uninformed criticism of the performance of management of a company in which you hold shares seems rather counter-productive to me, unless you're a masochist.
