The one constant in the requests for a suspension is

it relates to a significant acquisition

They had submitted the announcement and it was found wanting in information that keeps the market FULLY informed.

Its also worth remembering that during all these suspension they had people on the ground (overseas )with parties that are interested in the bauxite deposit.

As for the bauxite deposit the only way I see forward is they bring in a partner just as Kidman did with its Lithium deposit....

It all comes back to the initial constant...".it relates to a significant acquisition"...if not then they have misled the asx and the market in their requests for a suspension.....and I doubt that that would be the case....

MCL is not fully developed and as such is not ready for a spin off ...they need to show consistent profits to interest new investors.....Listings a new company costs big money...and they just don't have the spare cash to hand over to brokers and the ASX for the privilege of being a stand alone company...not yet

One week ,or sooner, the mystery Will be solved......
