Can you elaborate more on this as there is indeed a current relationship between xTV and buffalo pacific to promote the kiosks, and has been evidenced by displays they have conducted at telemedicine conferences.
If you are referring to the deal where AT&T were involved as the reseller/service provider we are all aware that that particular one is indeed DOA as you put it.
There was a subsequent asx public announcement that stated that new service providers were being sought.
There was then a further ASX public announcement that advised that they had secured 4 new resellers and one was a telco. There has been no public announcements since then to contradict it.
If you are referring to the most recent deal whereby the kiosks were supposed to be delivered in July then please give some support to your argument if this is the deal that you are referring to as any further details would be more than welcome.
