REQUEST FOR CONTINUATION OF VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
Nemex Resources Limited (“the Company”) hereby requests ASX to continue
the suspension to the quotation of its securities until the earlier of
commencement of trading on 24 November 2015 and the Company making an
announcement in respect of the Company’s investment in Wavefront
Biometric Technologies Pty Ltd (Wavefront) and in particular the outcome of
the independent testing of Wavefront’s technology.

The Company has
received the final report over the weekend and is finalising an announcement
regarding the outcome of the independent testing.
It is expected that the suspension will end upon the release of an
announcement providing details of that update and is not aware of any reason
why a suspension should not be granted.
