As with all Sundance announcements when coming out of a trading halt or extension/suspension we can all be guaranteed that it will more than likely be negative toward the shareholder no matter how good Giulio and management try to tell us how good a deal they have precured.

Seriously this bunch have not got off the mark since taking office. The only thing that has gone their way has been their salary packages.
