interesting, most financial institutions offer protected deposits upto certain amounts which can range from country to country how much it is. In malaysia they have something called "PIDM", is it a coincidence quantum is not pidm insured and its customers money is not backed in the case of it going bankrupt. this guy is asking the same question i have been.
