I think questions will eventually need to be asked. Such as
Did they do the proper due diligence for this deal?
why did Jocelyn aggressively dump her shares when she said she wouldn’t? What did she know that SH didn't know?
If Quantam has been having legal trouble why is Besra dealing with them?
Where is the CEO?
essentially the question is if they have been looking after SH best interests or not.
