Here another first . In concept I agree with you .
Unfortunately and IMO unless it's positive (and let's be honest that's highly unlikely ) the SP is going to head back to .05.
At least the slate will be reset and we should come out of it with a PP . So not a bad base to build upon . And if I'm correct a functioning team can then be built that can actually advance the project . And even better we can say bye bye to the board .
