Another valuation might be in order if there is an attempt to delay this deal by asking for any more time, as invertedva suggests land values in this area may well have increased due to local results, as of yet no money has been recieved including the 10% deposit, ??? I certainly hope other potential buyers are being sourced just in case cpo delay yet again. Glta
