Today is D-Day. If payment is not received by close of business today then they will be removed from the Official List. They don't have the cash and haven't heard squat from them since reply to ASX query on 13th August indicating they were doing a capital raise. Could all be officially over within 3 hours.
Under Listing Rule 17.15, any entity that has not paid its annual listing fees as required by Listing Rule 16.5 by5.00 pm AEST on Wednesday, 28 August 2019 will be removed from the Official List with effect from the closeof trading on Wednesday, 28 August 2019.
